Swedish Massage
...a relaxing and rejuvenating massage that helps to stimulate the circulation. It improves muscle elasticity and mobility thus helping to reduce muscular and ligament tension. An all-over body massage.
Pregnancy and Infant Massage
Pregancy and Infant Massage is therapeutic bodywork which focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be, preparing her body to cope with the demands of carrying and delivering a baby.
Deep Tissue
Deep therapeutic massage combined with traditional Swedish to relieve tight, achy muscles - ideal for those with chronic back pain, neck pain, stiff joints, and loss of mobility.
Cranial Sacral
(CST) is a potent tool using the functions of the Cranial Sacral system. It is an effective form of bodywork and of Neuromuscular Therapy which uses gentle movements to unlock tension and relieve pain. There are no rapid adjustments, painful contortions, or deep muscle probing.
Neuromuscular
By definition, Neuromuscular Therapy is the utilization of static pressure on specific myofascial points to relieve pain. This technique manipulates the soft tissue of the body (muscles, tendons and connective tissue) to balance the central nervous system.
Deep Sports Massage
...a massage that focuses primarily on a particular muscle or muscle group. A deep massage aimed at getting rid of metabolic waste products in the muscle, increasing circulation and helping to prevent further sports related injuries.
Lymphatic Drainage

Reflexology

Thai Massage
A form of integrative body work that creates balance in the body, mind and spirit, is the perfect form of massage to assist you in meeting your goals. Performed on the floor, with the receiver fully clothed, Thai Yoga Massage accesses parts of the body traditional massage doesn't. As a result, Thai Yoga Massage is excellent for helping issues like sciatica, low back pain, chronic shoulder pain, headaches, back tension and general muscle strains. Furthermore, because of the rhythmic nature of Thai Yoga Massage, it is a form of bodywork that deeply soothes the nervous system, improves circulation, endocrine and respiratory systems while reducing the .muscular tension and spasms, helps expedite metabolism, boost the immune system and helps to balance the body energetically. Ashiatsu
Ashiatsu Bar Therapy is a hybrid technique combining Swedish and deep tissue massage performed with the therapists bare feet. The therapist uses bars above the head for balance and effectively controlling for depth of pressure. Oils are generously applied to the body. The technique combines centrifugal and centripetal pumping movement that benefits the client by creating structural change and suppleness in soft tissue.
